Opened December 27, 2004 and located conveniently off of Route 22 in Bethlehem, Cactus Blue Mexican Restaurant creates authentic Mexican dishes native to Puebla.In our first few months,Cactus Blue was named the best Latino restaurant in the Valley 2005 & 2006 by Lehigh Valley Magazine and we just won again for 2007! We were also named 2007 Decadent Dish by Lehigh Valley Style.
